How do I place an order?

To order, simply add your desired items to the shopping cart and check out the item. If this is the first time you are buying from us, you will be able to create a new account with us or sign in as guest at the end of your checkout process. When you create an account, you can easily re-purchase through our website again without the hassle of filling forms :)

 

 

How do I know you have received my order?

Upon placing your order and the payment process being completed, you should automatically receive a confirmation email from us. Should you not receive this, please be sure to check your Spam/Junk mail folders in case it has been delivered here in error.
If you still do not see a confirmation email from us, please contact Customer Services at customercare@srcavalier.com

 

Can I make changes to my order?

It may be possible to amend your order if requested early enough, particularly if it involves removing an item or choosing a different style. You should contact Customer Services as soon as possible on at customercare@srcavalier.com

  

How do I return my item?

We are sorry you would like to return your item, but understand sometimes it just isn't what you are looking for. We will happily accept items back for a refund, but we ask that you first read our Return policy (we know it's boring, but it will explain a lot).
If you are happy that you comply with the conditions outlined within this, please complete the Returns Request Form included in the webpage and submit it to us. We will then authorize the request and send further instructions on where to return the goods to.

 

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, Items can be returned or exchanged for a refund, or store credit as long as items meet our requirements. Please visit our Returns page to understand how to return items.

 

How long does a refund take?

Please allow up to 5 days for your refund to be processed, once we have received the item back. Once we issue your refund, your bank/payment provider may take up to 28 hours to deposit funds to your account. 

 

Can I receive/return my order without the packaging?

All products being returned must be returned in their original packaging. If we receive items for a refund without their original packaging, you will incur a 10$ penalty from your total refund amount and we withhold the right to deny refund based on disregard for our Returns Policy if necessary.

what payment modes are available?

 

We partnered with PayPal and 2checkout to provide you with a secure and reliable payment methods that both supports PayPal users and non-PayPal users who wish to pay using credit card.

We do not store any credit card or bank details on our site, all purchases are protected by PayPal SSL or 2checkout so your purchase is 100% secure.

  

Shipping 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally :)

Are there additional fees for international orders?

Tax laws differ from country to country and sometimes your order may be subject to local tax or import duty.
Additional fees such as customs charges may also apply. This is the responsibility of the customer and is out of our control. Under no circumstances will Sr. Cavalier refund or pay for these fees and it is the customer's responsibility to confirm what charges there may be prior to placing any order with Sr. Cavalier.
Anyone who issues chargebacks with their banks to avoid accepting parcels with these additional fees will be reported for fraud.

 

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive a dispatch notification when your order has left our warehouse and begun its journey to you. If you have not received this, please check your Junk/Spam emails to check it has not mistakenly been added here.

What courier do you use?

Our Shipping partner is DHL, however in some location DHL might utilize third part shipping services to help reach you better and sooner.

 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Your order should arrive within 10-14 days; however we will strive for you to receive at the earliest. We will not be responsible for delays out of our hands (ex. Customs, National holidays at recipient country, bad weather, or any unprecedented event).

 

 Do you offer self-collection? 

Sorry, due to high volume of orders, we are unable to offer self-collection.

 

What if I don't receive my package?

Please check your shipping confirmation email date for details. You should have received our email one day after your order date and you can track your order with the tracking number you receive in our confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the order status to be updated on their sites.

When is the earliest I can get my purchase?

It differs from one country to the other, however the average shipping time is 5 days.

 

 

 Product & Quality  

Approximately how much does each bow tie weigh?

Generally, each bowtie including packaging weighs around 0.25kg.

 

 Can  I have my Bowties gift wrapped?

We don't offer gift wrapping service; however each bowtie is delivered in an equally distinctive packaging.

 

What if I am not satisfied with the product quality?

We do our best to ensure that our products are of top-notch quality. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please Contact us within 10 days of delivery. More details on returns can be found on our Return policy page.

  

Why are some styles more expensive?

Some styles of our products are priced slightly higher than the standard product, and this can be for a number of reasons. Usually this is because a certain style may require more fabric, more time or more detail to manufacture.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

We don't have a shop that you can visit as we are exclusively an online brand.
